Using the kit

Club Meeting Kit helps club secretaries and officers create agendas, minutes, reminders and reports. You can use the free kit without an account. By creating a club account you agree to these terms.

Accounts and clubs

• You need a working email address to sign in. Keep access to it secure.
• The person who creates a club is its owner and can invite officers and viewers. Owners are responsible for who they invite.
• You’re responsible for the content you add and for having permission to share it with your club.

Free trial and pricing

Club accounts start with a free 30-day trial. No card is required and nothing is charged today. Paid plans are planned at $5/month or $50/year per club. Before any paid plan applies to your club, we will email the club owner. If your trial ends before paid plans launch, your club keeps access. When paid plans launch, payments will be handled by Stripe, and you can cancel anytime.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no illegal content, spam, attempts to break security, or access to clubs you don’t belong to.

Your data

Your club’s content belongs to your club. You can export it anytime. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. Keep backups of important records. We may change or discontinue features and will give account holders reasonable notice of material changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Club Meeting Kit and its owner aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0).

Independence

Club Meeting Kit is independent and not affiliated with Lions Clubs International, Rotary International, Kiwanis International, Optimist International or any PTA.
